Séx For Marks!! See How Museveni Beautiful Minister Was Nearly Chewed By Horny Makerere Lecturer
The issue of exchanging sex for marks persists as a troubling phenomenon for university students. This problem is not confined to public institutions but extends to private tertiary establishments, where instructors exploit students to ensure high grades.Instances have been documented and penalized, notably at Makerere University.
However, the problem persists as the unethical practice typically involves an adult male lecturer and a consenting adult student coerced into engaging in intimate relations to avoid academic setbacks.Several cases have come to light through WhatsApp, text, and audio leaks, resulting in disciplinary actions. For instance, Swizen Kyomuhendo, a political science lecturer, was dismissed from Makerere University for attempting to coerce a student into a compromising situation.
In an exclusive interview with NBS Tv, Dr. Monica Musenero, a trusted minister and scientist in Museveni’s administration, disclosed that the issue of sex for marks has deep historical roots. Musenero shared a personal encounter during her university days, where a lecturer sought to exploit her for academic favor.
It was however shocking to the lecturer that the defiant Musenero boldly told him that if he dares failing because she refused to give him the beans, he would regret taking such a risky venture because she couldn’t be threatened just like that.
“On the issue of Sex for Marks: It started way back, Personally one of the lecturers told; you know i have the power to fail you? I told him not to dare because everybody would try finding out why i had failed his subject. After all, I was going to pass other subjects and failed his which would start on investigation”-Musenero says.
Musenero acknowledges the power dynamic that enables lecturers to manipulate vulnerable students. Those who resist such advances often face retakes and graduation delays as a consequence. Many lecturers use this chance to extort sex from the gullible students because they sit in powerful positions to decide whether the students fail or pass. Those who refuse to sleep with the lecturers end up being given retakes and normally miss graduation until they re-sit such papers.
“Being in a teaching position at the university, you had a lot of power. We had lecturers who swore that if a girl didn’t sleep with them, they would never graduate”-Musenero reveals.
Adding to these concerns, a new trend of students bribing lecturers for favorable grades has emerged. Incidents have been reported across various universities, prompting calls for investigations into discrepancies in academic performance.
Dr. Monica Musenero, a highly educated minister and veterinarian, microbiologist, and epidemiologist, serves as a consultant epidemiologist to the government of Uganda and advises Museveni on epidemics and pandemics.
