Shocking Secrets On Who Poisoned ‘Toka Kwa Bala Bala’ Singer Adam Mulwana Leak – Burial Program Released
Adam Mulwana, renowned for his song “Toka Kwa Bara Bara” associated with Dr. Kizza Besigye, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
The cause of Adam Mulwana’s death remains shrouded in mystery, with intimates suggesting possible poisoning. There are speculations that Mulwana, aged 32, whose anthem energized Besigye’s supporters during the 2016 elections, might have succumbed to complications stemming from the alleged poisoning.
Prior to his demise, Mulwana had voiced suspicions of foul play, attributing symptoms like excessive sweating and physical weakness to poisoning, which forced him to halt his activities. He disclosed that medical examinations revealed damage to vital organs such as the liver, prompting frequent hospital visits in the years leading to his passing.
In April 2023, during a visit led by Patrick Oboi Amuriat (POA) and other senior leaders of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) to Mulwana’s residence in Makindye, Kampala, concerns over poisoning were raised by the FDC after assessing Mulwana’s condition.
Following Mulwana’s demise, a close friend alleged foul play, suggesting poisoning as the cause. This is not the first instance where poisoning has been linked to the deaths of prominent Ugandans. In 2022, the father of the late Speaker Jacob Oulanyah claimed his son was poisoned.
Additionally, some Ugandan MPs expressed concerns about dining in Parliament’s Canteen due to fears of poisoning. A senior general in Museveni’s administration also disclosed apprehensions about poisoning during high-level meetings, leading officials to bring their own beverages.
