Social media enthusiasts were eager to post every update, opinion, remark, and sentiment regarding the performances during the first rounds of the highly anticipated battle between Sheebah and Cindy on September 15, 2023, at the Kololo Independence Grounds.

Sheebah, who made that big appearance first, at 9:15pm, noticeably attempted to vocally keep up with the fantastic Maestro Band that had brought its A-game.

People who were paying close attention to her performance didn’t wait until her set was over to post about her flaws on social media. While her entrance was such a glory one, many alleged that Sheebah vigorously focused on stage performance and dancing.

To sarcastically express this, comedian Emeka Collins posted, saying: ”Sheebah is a really good dancer.”

Radio personality Faiza Fabs also took to her Twitter page, saying: “Sheebah should have done all her sets semi-live and focused on delivering an exceptional stage performance. This thing of trying to show that you are also vocally talented is just not it. It’s making her look mediocre yet she is an amazingly talented entertainer.”

Then again, social media users particularly Cindy’s fans, had no good words for the team responsible for sound. The dancehall artist, in spite of persevering through her previous performance, defeated the terrible sound. However, in her following sets, this would greatly improve.Without a doubt, Cindy did well to vocal capacity, and this won her a lot of hearts as proven on social media.
