This is the inspiring story of Sarah Nansubuga, a woman from Mukono, Uganda, who rose from cleaning office floors to becoming the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the very company she once worked for.

Sarah’s path was far from easy. For years, she worked as a cleaner at a private logistics company in Kampala. Every day, she woke up early to sweep, mop, and organize the offices for others. Despite performing her duties diligently, she dreamed of a bigger future.
