Kelvin Otieno, a young Kenyan, revealed how his girlfriend left him for a wealthy man because he was broke—and now that he has worked hard and succeeded, she is trying to come back into his life.
“I had been dating this girl for almost five years, but in 2017 I lost my job when our company closed its Kenyan offices. I was so broke that my girlfriend left me for another rich man. I couldn’t even afford rent in the city, so I moved back to the village to figure out what to do next. Life was really hard and unforgiving,” he explains.
