Just In!! Former ACP Sam Omara Who Tormended Dr Kizza Besigye Passes Away After Cancer Battle at Mulago Hospital
Arrow Security Systems Ltd has announced with deep sorrow the passing of their Director of Operations and Deputy CEO, Mr. Sam Omara.
Mr. Omara, a revered leader and retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), passed away this morning at 7:00 AM at Mulago Hospital following a long and courageous battle with cancer.
In a moving tribute, Arrow Security Systems described Mr. Omara as a pillar of strength, leadership, and integrity, both in his service to the company and to the nation. His distinguished career in the Uganda Police Force saw him rise to the rank of ACP before he transitioned into leadership within the private security sector.
“We have lost not only a colleague but also a mentor, a patriot, and a true gentleman,” the company said in a statement.
