Woman Forced To Clean Dirty Hospital Bed After Husband’s Death

A five-month pregnant woman was seen cleaning a blood-stained hospital bed after her husband died while receiving treatment in Dindori district, Madhya Pradesh.

The deceased, 28-year-old Ramraj Maravi, had been admitted to the district hospital after being found unconscious with severe injuries.Ramraj’s family has faced tragedy before; his two older brothers and father were allegedly killed over a long-standing land dispute.

The violent incidents surrounding the family continued when Ramraj succumbed to his injuries on Friday.The situation gained public attention when a video surfaced on social media, showing the woman cleaning the bed under the supervision of hospital staff.

When questioned, the head of the government-run district hospital stated that the woman was collecting samples for evidence.

“The woman was collecting samples of blood as her husband was beaten up brutally. No one had asked her to clean the bed,” said a doctor in Dindori district hospital.

Ramraj’s brothers, 40-year-old Shivraj Maravi and 35-year-old Raghuraj Maravi, along with their father, 65-year-old Dharam Singh Maravi, were brutally murdered the day of Ramraj’s death.

Police reported that the killings occurred between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Thursday, with a group of around 20 to 25 individuals allegedly involved in the attack.Authorities have arrested three suspects in connection with the case and are continuing their investigation.

Family members of the victims claim that the attacks were carried out by a mob that overpowered them and inflicted fatal injuries using sticks and axes.
