As the political landscape of Budadiri West continues to evolve, a fresh face has emerged with a promise of transformation and empowerment.

Hon. Masanga Isaac Kidasa, a seasoned lawyer and entrepreneur, is vying for the MP seat with a clear vision to uplift his constituents and bring about positive change to the constituency. With a strong background in law and business, coupled with values instilled by his late father Kidasa, a former District Education Officer in Mbale, Isaac is poised to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people of Budadiri West.

“Empowering communities, one farm at a time” is more than just a slogan for Isaac; it’s a commitment to harnessing the potential of agriculture to improve the livelihoods of his constituents. With a proposal to empower communities through coffee farming, using an initial investment of UGX 200m, Isaac aims to transform the lives of the people of Budadiri West. “Coffee is a cash crop that can change the fortunes of our people,” he asserts, highlighting the potential of agriculture to drive economic growth and development.

Isaac’s commitment to agriculture is evident in his previous initiatives, where he has already empowered youth and women groups with spray pumps, seeds, and fertilizers. However, his vision for the constituency extends beyond agriculture. He believes in nurturing the talents of the youth, keeping them engaged and productive. “Let’s give our youth a ball to kick, not a card to gamble,” he says, highlighting his initiative to provide sports equipment and promote early talent identification and development.

As a leader, Isaac promises to be accessible, accountable, and dedicated to the welfare of his constituents. “I will work tirelessly to ensure that our community receives the representation it deserves,” he vows, emphasizing his commitment to serving the people of Budadiri West. With his blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and community-driven approach, Masanga Isaac Kidasa is indeed a new hope for Budadiri West.
