Breaking!! President Museveni Appoints His Daughter Natasha Museveni As Bank Of Uganda Governor Days After Making Muhoozi CDF

On 23rd January 2022, the then Bank of Uganda Governor Prof Emmanuel Tumusime Mutebire died from Nairobi Hospital at the age of 72 years. He had been governor for close to 20 years having been appointed in 2001.
Ever since Mutebire died, president Museveni had never appointed a new central bank governor. Mutebire’s Deputy Dr Micheal Atingi-Ego has been serving as Deputy not even acting governor.But in a letter seen by this publication, signed by president Museveni, he has named the new governor Bank Bank of Uganda.
He has appointed his daughter Natasha Museveni Karugire as Central Bank boss and appointed Busoga Kingdom Premier Dr Joseph Muvawala to be his Deputy.
Known for her contributions to the creative industry and her commitment to promoting Ugandan arts and culture, Natasha’s milestone has been met with an outpouring of well wishes from friends and followers across the internet.
Natasha, the second-born daughter of President Museveni, shares her birthday with her three siblings: elder brother Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Patience Museveni Rwabwogo, and Diana Museveni Kamuntu.
Born in 1976 in Tanzania during her parents’ exile, Natasha is affectionately referred to as “Kukuru” by her father.Growing up in a politically prominent family, Natasha was exposed to the complexities of Uganda’s socio-political landscape from an early age.
Despite her high-profile upbringing, she has forged her path in the creative industry, focusing on promoting Ugandan arts and culture.
Muvawala is an economist who at the time of his new job at the Central Bank has been the Director of National Planning Authority.
