Fear Or Insecurity? Museveni Orders His Ministers Not To Discuss About Security Issues Again

Godfrey Kabbyanga Baluku, the State Minister for Information and National Guidance, has confirmed that President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has prohibited ministers from discussing matters pertaining to national security.
He disclosed that Museveni issued the directive on Monday during the cabinet meeting at State House Entebbe, following ministers’ concerns about the ongoing bomb threats in the Central region, particularly in Kampala City.
Kabbyanga Said: “That’s the reason why the third deputy prime minister Rukia Nakadama declined to comment over the matter when the Speaker of Parliament Anita Among asked for a statement over the matter on the floor of parliament.”
High-ranking cabinet sources told this site that the president prevented the ministers from commenting on the bomb threats because he was also still studying it and had not yet received the detailed report from security agencies.According to Charles Rwomushana, a controversial security expert, Museveni prevented anyone from commenting on the situation because he knows who is behind the threats and who they are intended to harm.
