– Infrastructure Development: He aims to improve the main road from Kironko Port to Kulwe, which is currently under UNRA’s management.
– Enhanced Ferry Services: Lubowa intends to negotiate with ferry operators and the Ministry of Works and Transport to increase the number of ferry trips, particularly on Sundays.
Lubowa’s passion for his community is evident in his words and actions. As a proud owner of a vast eucalyptus tree farm in Buwooya sub-county, he is committed to using his resources to benefit the people of Buvuma.
