The section of bankrolled Makerere University students who staged plastic demonstrations at parliament were bribed UGX 30k each, credible sources say.

The said students were led by a one Guma who was approached by an aide to Hon. Juliet Kinyamatama initiated the idea, and according to our sources that eavesdropped the deal say he was promised a mouth watering UGX 1.5m in case the demonstration ends successfully and captures national attention.

The students received UGX 600k deposit sent by Hon. Kinyamatama herself. The initial deposit was spent by Guma and his team at a local bar in Nakulabye near the traffic lights junction. The source adds that the students also visited a brothel in the same vicinity before organizing their demonstration the day after.

It should be noted that all previous peaceful demonstrations by activists outside parliament have always been thwarted by security. But the Kinyamatama group had the backing of the speakers Thomas Tayebwa and Anita Among which justifies why police didn’t interrupt them.
