“My Chances Of Going To Heaven Are So High” Museveni Reveals Why God Loves Him
President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni Uganda’s long serving president and the fourth long serving president in the whole world as of 23rd December 2023 now says his chances of going to heaven are very high and very good.
President Museveni who has been in power since 1986 has presided over his government which has had a lot of checks in human rights abuses including recently when drones started picking opposition supporters especially from central Uganda one by one. Some returned while some are believed to have gone to journeys of no return as their whereabouts remain a mystery over two years with government not even able to explain.
The Sabalwanyi who came to power after staging a guerilla war in the jungles of Luwero master minded the downfall of Obote II and a brief presidential stint of Tito Okello Lutwa. Confessions from his fellow NRA historically like Kahinda Otafiire and some picked from his book ‘SOWING THE MASTERD SEED’ leave no room for doubts on what defines a true fighter in the bush of either kill or be killed. God gives chance to me and you to repent to righteously fit in his way of Christian living.
The phrase “Only God Can Judge Me” is a popular song that conveys the idea that no one else can judge us for what we do. However, some say this is a misinterpretation of Matthew 7:1. According to Living Authentic Christianity, “Only God can judge you in the ultimate and eternal sense”. “Only God can pass final judgment on your life as to what your standing with Him is and where and how you will spend eternity”.
Biblically heaven is a place of a place where God sits and is filled with lots of goodies and it’s where souls departing the world after judgement will either be directed to the gates of hell (full of fire) or heaven full of goodies, rejoicing, love and surrounded by angels. It’s not so clear where heaven is located but majority say it’s up there above the sky. In the Old Testament, we find the story of Jacob’s dream in Genesis 28:10-19.
In his dream, Jacob sees a ladder reaching from earth to heaven, with angels ascending and descending on it. God stands at the top and reaffirms His covenant with Jacob. This captivating story offers a glimpse into the connection between heaven and earth, leaving us in awe of the divine reality beyond our world.
While in an engagement with the media yesterday, president Museveni revealed his chances of going to heaven and not hell are high because he treats the people of Uganda as if they’re his own children.
According to the bible God has pronounced that the penalty of sin is spiritual death and separation from God in a place of judgment called hell: “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Jesus clearly taught that sinners were condemned in sin and would perish and go to hell if they didn’t believe in Him as their Savior (John 3:16-18)
