Shocking!! Another Top Museveni RDC Dies In Office, Details Emerge
Hoima City is mourning the loss of Hajjat Sarah Nanyanzi, Deputy Resident City Commissioner for Hoima West division, who passed away last evening at Mulago Hospital.
She had been admitted on Friday last week due to complications from diabetes and hypertension, according to her senior colleague, RCC Badru Mugabi.Nanyanzi, the third deputy RCC of Hoima West Division in two years, succeeded Micheal Muhoozi and Kasibante. She took office on July 26th, 2023.
Her funeral was held today in Katuumu village, Luweero district.The late Hajjat Sarah Nanyanzi was laid to rest today in Katuumu village, located in Luweero district. Her passing leaves a void in the Hoima West Division community, where she had dedicated her efforts towards serving the public in her role as Deputy RCC.
Her contributions and commitment to the division will be remembered and greatly missed.
She becomes the fourth Museveni RDC to die in a period of just three years after Joseph Sekasamba who was Deputy RDC of Kitagwenda District (died on 20th January 2023), Nsereko Mutumba who was RDC for Kayunga (died on 3rd August 2022) and Balasa Ogajjo who was RDC for Namayingo District (died on 17th August 2022).
