The outgoing Leader of opposition who many believe his diplomatic approach towards putting government in check didn’t yield much for the opposition which needs an aggressive approach towards the Museveni regime also asked members of parliament to accord the same support they gave him to Joel Ssenyonyi.

“I remain eternally grateful for being allowed to offer myself for service to this great country. I apologise to whoever was offended by my approach but I always set out to do the best for the country. I appeal to the House to accord my successor, Hon JoelSsenyonyi the support that he needs so that common good is served”- Said Mpuuga
