Man Reveals Marriage Was Crumbling from Constant Fights, But Peace Returned Unexpectedly

A man from Nairobi has revealed that his marriage was falling apart due to ongoing arguments, but peace unexpectedly returned. Joseph said that he and his wife, Lydia, had been married for eight years and were blessed with two children. He explained that in the early years, their home was full of love, laughter, and shared dreams.

Living in Nairobi, he added, they worked hard together to build a stable life, supporting one another through business pressures and family responsibilities.
He said he had always believed their bond was strong enough to withstand challenges.

Slowly, however, he said, things began to deteriorate. Joseph revealed that small disagreements over money, household duties, and misunderstandings quickly escalated into serious fights. He said he felt shocked by how fast minor issues turned into major conflicts. He added that Lydia became easily irritated, while he felt disrespected and emotionally exhausted.

Joseph told reporters that days would pass without them speaking, and that their once-peaceful Nairobi home was now filled with tension and anger. He also noted that even the children began sensing the emotional distance between their parents.
He said that as time went on, the arguments grew harsher.

Accusations were exchanged, trust weakened, and bitterness deepened. Joseph said he tried everything to save the marriage: talking to friends, seeking advice, and even altering his own behavior to maintain peace, but nothing worked.

Instead, he said, the situation worsened, and divorce became a recurring topic during disputes. He added that he felt helpless and confused, questioning how his marriage had reached such a painful point.
