Flamboyant city Prophet, William Ssozi has made headlines once again, this time sharing an astounding encounter with the spiritual world that left many in disbelief.

During an exclusive interview with UBC that aired on October 27, 2023, the Prophet boldly claimed that he was once swallowed by a lion during the early days of his ministry in South Africa.Even more remarkable, he asserted that it was within the belly of the fearsome predator where he honed his prophetic abilities.

“In South Africa I witnessed something that completely changed my life. I was swallowed by a lion. We had gone for a walk in the park, and our car ran out of gas in the middle of the park.I don’t know what happened but we started hearing the sounds of lions and we were very scared. They told me that I am the pastor and should keep them in prayer. I had my school of Prophecy in the belly of a lion,” Prophet Ssozi confidently declared.

According to his extraordinary account, he was consumed by the lion but miraculously survived the ordeal, emerging with just one small scar on his left arm, the result of the lion’s tooth sliding across it.

This isn’t the first time that the flamboyant City Prophet has made waves with his astonishing claims. In 2021, he asserted that he had taken selfies with Jesus, and in 2022, a viral video depicted him insisting that he had embarked on a heavenly journey with his car on the Kampala-Entebbe Expressway.

Such claims from Prophet Ssozi have drawn a mix of incredulity and curiosity, as his followers seek to reconcile his outlandish experiences with their spiritual beliefs. Whether these accounts are the result of profound spiritual encounters or a knack for storytelling remains a topic of debate.

Last year , Prophet William Ssozi came out and once again revealed that he knew about the Queen’s death about 4 months ago where he found himself walking in the spiritual world where he saw the Union Jack lowered before claiming to have heard Jesus tell him “The Queen’s life is ending’’
