“You Tried To Break My Mother’s Home But You Were Unsuccessful” Gen Muhoozi Publicly Exposes Besigye Winnie
General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Chief of Defense Forces, has strongly criticized Winnie Byanyima following her revelation about having once been in a relationship with President Yoweri Museveni.
Byanyima, currently married to opposition leader Dr. Kizza Besigye, shared the details in an interview with Next Radio on Saturday. During the conversation, she downplayed the significance of her past relationship with Museveni, explaining:
“It was a normal relationship with President Museveni. It had some challenges, and I left it, but it is not relevant to the political discussion.”
However, Muhoozi rejected her account, accusing her of attempting to destroy his father’s family.
“There was nothing normal about your relationship with my father. You entered a happy home and tried to ruin it. You’re a disaster of a woman,” Muhoozi expressed on X.
He further claimed that Byanyima did not leave the relationship voluntarily, but was rather expelled.
“You didn’t leave. Mzee kicked you out in December 1986, dragged you to the car while you were crying, and sent you back to your parents.”
