“That Child Belongs Me, But Desire Luzinda Is Refusing Us To Do A DNA Test” Desire Luzinda’s Ex Juma Seiko Claims Parternity Of Her daughter Mitchelle

Barely a day after Ugandan gospel stars Desire Luzinda and Levixone (real name Lucas Lubyogo) celebrated their vibrant Kwanjula ceremony, an old controversy has returned to the spotlight. Lt. Col. Juma Seiko, a wealthy Gulu-based businessman and former lover of Luzinda, has once again publicly claimed to be the biological father of her daughter, Mitchelle Kaddu.

The long-running paternity dispute reignited on Wednesday morning during Seiko’s heated interview with Bukedde TV. While expressing no bitterness over not being invited to the Kwanjula, Seiko insisted that his concerns are personal — rooted in his belief that Mitchelle is his child.

He accused Luzinda and her lawyers of blocking a DNA test they had previously agreed to, claiming she repeatedly refused to present the girl for testing, even declining to take her out of school for the procedure.

“She knows blood is thicker than water. She knows that child is mine,” Seiko asserted, adding that he still has messages dating back to 2003 which he believes support his case. He emphasized that his pursuit is no longer about romance — “that chapter is closed” — but about closure, insisting he is prepared to cover the DNA test costs himself. “That girl is mine, even when you look into her eyes. This will never end,” he declared.

The dispute has a long history. In 2018, after years of speculation, Luzinda identified a man named Kaddu as Mitchelle’s father. But Seiko has continued to maintain that he is the real father, fueling ongoing tension between the two.

With Luzinda yet to respond to his latest remarks, the standoff shows no sign of easing.

As she moves forward with her new marriage, Seiko’s determination to press the paternity issue suggests the matter may soon shift from public accusations to formal legal action.
