“The Day I Turned Bees Against the Thieves Who Raided My Home,” Peter Says

My name is Peter, and I come from Jinja, Uganda. Life has not always been smooth for me, but one of the hardest challenges I ever faced was the repeated break-ins at my home. For months, thieves kept breaking into my compound, stealing chickens, money, and other valuables. Each time I reported the incidents to the authorities, nothing was done. I tried installing stronger locks, yet the thieves always found a way inside. The fear and frustration in my family grew with every passing day. I would leave home in the morning anxious and return at night worried about what might be gone.

I remember one night clearly when thieves broke into my house while I was away. They took my television, clothes, and even food from the kitchen. That was the night I said to myself, “Enough is enough.” I had already lost too much. I needed something powerful, something that would scare these criminals and finally protect my family.
