In a post on his official X account, General Muhoozi emphasized the importance of respecting artists, stating, “Nobody has a right to humiliate an artist performing on stage. If you don’t like that artist, wait for the one you want. Promoters and police must also stop that habit.”
His remarks were in response to an incident involving Ugandan musician Ray G, who was humiliated during last year’s Enkuuka event for performing in Runyankore, his native language.
