In a shocking revelation, controversial social media personality Tamale Mirundi Junior has confessed to being rejected by TikTok star-turned-singer Winnie wa Mummy after offering her a substantial amount of money for a hookup.

During an interview with Zubedah Shamim Mayanja on her YouTube channel Executive Media, Mirundi Junior revealed that he sent Winnie wa Mummy a direct message proposing a transactional encounter, only to be met with a firm rejection.

“I’m furious with Winnie wa Mummy,” Mirundi Junior vented during the interview.

“I asked her out, but she acted all high and mighty in the DMs, yet she’s hooking up with guys for as little as 7k!” he exclaimed, referring to the meager Shs7,000 others allegedly pay for her time.

When pressed about how much he offered, Mirundi Junior revealed that he was willing to part with Shs300k to help her pay rent. The host, Zubedah, even chimed in, suggesting that his offer wasn’t unreasonable. However, despite his apparent generosity, Winnie wa Mummy wasn’t swayed.

Mirundi Junior’s frustration peaked when he recalled her performance at an event by Acidic Vokoz, where Winnie performed suggestive dances right in front of him. “She was acting provocatively, knowing I was seated in front,” he said, clearly still feeling snubbed.

Both Winnie wa Mummy and Tamale Mirundi Junior are no strangers to controversy. Winnie first gained fame on TikTok, where she shared raw and relatable videos showcasing her humble beginnings in the Ghetto.

Over the years, she has amassed over a million followers and recently took a leap into the music industry, collaborating with singer Mudra Viral on her debut single.

Meanwhile, Tamale Mirundi Junior, already in the public eye as the son of a well-known figure, has built his own platform through bold social commentary. His candid takes have earned him appearances on major television shows, while his relationship with socialite Nalongo Don Zella, real name Sheila Nadege, added fuel to his rise to internet fame.

These days, he commands one of the most-watched TikTok live shows in Uganda, often courting controversy with his outspoken personality. The rejection has left Mirundi Junior feeling snubbed, and his comments have sparked a heated debate about the intersection of sex, money, and power in Uganda’s social scene.
