A Sudden Descent Into Fear—and an Unexpected Calm

I couldn’t sleep or think clearly—this brought me a sense of calm and rest like never before.

It was in early 2025, around January 12, when I suddenly began to experience disturbing daytime hallucinations.

I saw things that weren’t real—shadows moving at the edge of my vision. Out of nowhere, I started having terrifying dreams about death that left me waking up in a panic, soaked in sweat and trembling. I even began to hear eerie voices speaking when no one was around.

All of this happened even though I’ve never touched drugs. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I live a quiet life, focused entirely on work and my family. To Read More, Tap Here
