How I Escaped Poverty and Found Financial Freedom in a Few Weeks

My name is Daniel Ssekabira, and I’m from Mityana, Uganda. For a long time, I lived in poverty. I worked as a boda boda rider, spending long, exhausting hours every day just to make enough money to eat and pay school fees for my children. Some days, after working from morning till night, I would return home with less than ten thousand shillings. Life felt unbearable. My wife began to lose confidence in me. My children started asking questions I couldn’t answer. People in my community looked at me like I was worthless.

I did everything I could think of to change my situation. I joined village savings groups, borrowed money from friends, and applied for many jobs — but nothing ever seemed to work. Every door I knocked on would close before I could walk through it. I even started to wonder if I was under a curse. I lost sleep worrying about how to survive.
