My name is Joseph Kisakye, and I hail from Mukono, Uganda. For three years after completing university, I felt like a shadow of the man I aspired to be. With a diploma in Business Administration, I left school full of hope and determination, eager to conquer the world. But the reality that followed was far from what I had envisioned.

After graduating, I began applying for jobs wherever possible. I printed out copies of my CV, visited countless offices on foot, and even paid cyber cafés to send out online applications.
