My name is Robert, and I hail from Entebbe, a peaceful lakeside town in Uganda. I have always been known as a hardworking man who genuinely cared for my loved ones. For many years, I worked tirelessly to earn money, not only for myself but also for the woman I cherished. I envisioned a future together, and when she expressed her wish to travel to the USA for better opportunities, I stood firmly by her side. I sold part of my land, borrowed money from friends, and even used my savings to cover her visa and all travel expenses. I convinced myself that once she was settled abroad, our lives would finally change for the better.

But things did not go as I had imagined. After she reached the United States, her behavior started to change. Initially, she would call to thank me, promising to send support once she secured a job. Gradually, however, her calls became infrequent, her messages grew cold, and one day, she abruptly ended the relationship. I was left shocked and heartbroken. How could someone I had sacrificed so much for betray me like that? Nights became sleepless, days heavy with sorrow. I lost my appetite, my weight dropped, and even my business began to suffer because my mind was never at peace.TO READ MORE, TAP HERE
