As the 2026 elections come closer, the people of Sheema North have a big choice to make. Many are tired of promises that are never fulfilled. They want a leader who understands their real problems and can offer real solutions. That leader is Ngabirano Stephen.

Ngabirano Stephen is a young man from Ryamasa, Kyangyenyi. He is not a stranger to the people he grew up with them, lives among them, and knows what they go through every day. This is one big reason why people should vote for him: he understands the struggles of the people. He doesn’t need to guess what Sheema North needs he already knows.

Many young people in Sheema North are struggling to find jobs or build their futures. Stephen wants to change that. He believes that youth should not be left behind. He plans to support skills training, job creation, and programs that help young people grow their talents into real businesses. He knows that when young people succeed, the whole area benefits.

Healthcare is also very important to Stephen. He wants to make sure that everyone from pregnant mothers to the elderly gets good medical care. He believes that good health should not be for just a few people it should be for everyone. With better health services, families can live better, and communities can grow stronger.

Stephen also cares about farmers. He knows that farming is the main source of income for many people in Sheema North. That’s why he wants to help farmers find better markets and get fair prices for their hard work. If farmers are supported, their lives improve, and the economy grows.

What makes Ngabirano Stephen different from others is his style of leadership. He does not want to sit far away from the people he wants to walk with them, listen to them, and build with them. His slogan, “Hope, Dreams & Prosperity,” is not just a slogan it is his dream for Sheema North.

For many years, Sheema North has had great potential but lacked the leadership to unlock it. With Ngabirano Stephen, that can finally change. He is young, honest, hardworking, and most importantly, connected to the people.

This is not just another campaign. It is a chance to start fresh with a leader who truly cares and has real plans. It’s time for Sheema North to move forward.

It’s time to vote for Ngabirano Stephen a leader who understands, a leader who cares, a leader for the people.
