EXPOSED!! Elderly Entebbe Couple Murder, Family Secrets & Deadly Betrayal Unveiled

David and Deborah Mutaaga were found brutally murdered in their Entebbe home, just days after returning from Switzerland. The elderly couple had recently celebrated their retirement, making the violent nature of the attack all the more unsettling. Police believe this was not a random act of violence—it was calculated and deliberate.

Shortly before his death, David had called a family meeting in Buddo in an effort to reconcile with his siblings. However, attendance was sparse. Notably, three siblings from Kasubi were absent. It remains unclear whether they were excluded or chose not to attend. In light of the tragedy, the meeting has taken on new, ominous significance.

On the night of the killings, a masked intruder scaled the compound wall and carefully avoided security cameras, moving with precision and purpose. No valuables were taken. The killer came not to rob—but to kill.

David was attacked first and reportedly coerced into opening the gate. He succumbed to his injuries shortly afterward. Deborah managed to lock herself in a bedroom and attempted to call for help, but the intruder forced his way in and fatally stabbed her before anyone could intervene. The entire incident was swift, ruthless, and methodically executed.

The untouched valuables—phones, money, and personal items—suggest a motive beyond theft. Investigators believe the attack was deeply personal. The intruder appeared familiar with the couple’s routines and the layout of the home, further supporting the theory of premeditation.

Two domestic workers, Angela Nakalema and David Golooba, who had left the residence shortly before the attack, were taken in for questioning. Authorities are probing whether they had any involvement or were manipulated by underlying family tensions.

Central to the investigation is a longstanding inheritance dispute. David had inherited significant land holdings from his father, allegedly excluding certain siblings. These unresolved tensions are believed to have simmered for years and may have resurfaced upon the couple’s return to Uganda.

Adding to the intrigue, the three Kasubi siblings who skipped the Buddo meeting were among the first to arrive at the crime scene. Investigators are questioning how they learned of the murders so quickly and whether they had prior knowledge of the events.

Police are now analyzing CCTV footage, interviewing witnesses, and exploring family dynamics. While no formal charges have been made, detectives suspect the murders were driven by internal family rivalries, inheritance grievances, and deeply rooted animosities.

The Mutaaga murders have sent shockwaves through Entebbe and beyond. What was meant to be a peaceful retirement has ended in tragedy and betrayal. As investigators work to piece together the truth, one thing is clear: the answers lie closer to home than anyone expected.
