The sudden death of Dr John Bosco Spire Kiggundu has taken a new twist after CCTV footage revealed a mysterious woman entering and leaving his hotel room shortly before his death. The respected doctor arrived at a guest house alone, driving a black BMW with the registration number UBA 547E. He checked into Room 111, hoping for a quiet evening — but what followed has left the public shocked and investigators with more questions than answers.

Just 10 minutes after he entered the room, at exactly 5:45 pm, security cameras captured a woman going into the same room. What’s strange is that she entered empty-handed. However, when she left, she was seen carrying a bag. This small but significant detail has now become a major part of the ongoing police investigation.

The woman’s identity is still unknown, and police are working hard to trace her. Her unexpected visit, along with her exit carrying a bag, has raised serious concerns. What happened during her time in the room with Dr Spire? Was she connected to his death? These are the questions investigators are now trying to answer.

Dr Spire’s death came just moments after the woman’s visit, and many are wondering if it was simply a coincidence or something more serious. For now, the police are treating the case as suspicious and are reviewing more footage and speaking to hotel staff and possible witnesses.

This latest development has caused a stir both online and in the media. As people await more answers, there’s growing pressure on the authorities to find out what really happened in Room 111 that evening. The truth behind the bag, the woman, and Dr Spire’s untimely death is still a mystery—but one that may soon come to light.
