It is a month of marital uncertainty for the brutal monstrous Wandegeya DPC Hassan Hiwumbire as his wife has come out to declare to her confidants that she is likely to throw the ring and move on with her three children.

A source familiar with the situation says Mrs. Hiwumbire was disgusted by the viral video clip showing the ruthlessness of her husband as he was filmed descending on peaceful NUP supporters last Monday.

“She saw that video posted by Bobi Wine and she burst into tears. She asked for a break but I don’t know if that implies she will divorce her baby daddy. It’s just speculative,” our close source who works with Hiwumbire’s wife says. “But she is disgusted that her husband is freely sinning in the holy month of Ramadan and her her fear is that her reputation will be soiled once her pictures are leaked on social media as has been the trend of exposing brutal security officers,” the source intimates further.

Despite harassing NUP supporters like Nabbosa Prossy, Olivia Katende and others, Hassan Hiwumbire has not been summoned by his superiors or the Police Standards Unit to be answerable for his misdeeds. He remains freely operating at his Wandegeya police based office with no anticipation of being penalized or prosecuted. His peers in fact say he made it clear to them that he deserves a promotion to the rank of RPC ahead of 2026 general elections.
