Uganda police’s traffic directorate has impounded over 1000 motorcycles in only Kampala metropolitan areas over fearing the return of National Unity Platform NUP’s president Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobiwine.

According to our sources, officers in charge of traffic (OCs) of Kampala metropolitan areas have been ordered to impound any motorcycle without all needed documents and ensure its not released until further orders.

“This home coming of Bobiwine is putting us on pressure and has made us work, begin operation since 5:am,” says one of the officers who was part of the operation.

Our spies told us that security has gotten intelligence information that Bobiwine intends to use motorcycles especially those without genuine number plates, logbooks to cause mayhem in the City so that when they are impounded, the owners aren’t tressed.

“We must ensure that Bobiwine doesn’t use these boda Bodas to disrupt the city center and it’s suburbs. ” The Source Added
