National Unity Platform (NUP) spokesperson Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi has strongly dismissed allegations made by Hon. Joyce Bagala that her removal from the party’s flag bearer list was due to her political ties with Rt. Hon. Mathias Mpuuga.

Bagala, who has faced political setbacks after failing to secure the NUP ticket, claimed that her exclusion was part of a targeted effort against Mpuuga’s supporters within the party.
