Ugandan music legend Jose Chameleone is said to be preparing for a fresh start in love following the official end of his marriage to Daniella Atim Mayanja.

Close family sources reveal that the “Valu Valu” star and his long-time partner Daniella have completed their divorce process after years of living apart. The couple, who share several children, had been together for more than a decade before Daniella moved to the United States, marking the beginning of their separation.

In a development that has taken fans by surprise, word on the street suggests that Bree, the lively Comedy Store Uganda co-host, might be the new woman in Chameleone’s life. Though Bree has not addressed the rumors publicly, the two have been spotted together at various events recently, fueling speculation of a budding romance.

While Chameleone — born Joseph Mayanja — has remained tight-lipped about the reports, insiders whisper that plans for a traditional wedding ceremony could already be in motion.

The revelation has sparked intense discussion across social media. Some fans have cheered the “Leone Island” boss for turning a new page, while others remain sentimental about his long-running relationship with Daniella, which many once saw as one of Uganda’s most admired celebrity unions.

Meanwhile, Daniella has continued to live a quiet life in the U.S., dedicating her time to their children and using her voice to promote women’s empowerment and family well-being.

As anticipation builds, supporters of the iconic singer are eagerly waiting for official confirmation of the rumored nuptials — or at least a public comment from Chameleone himself.
