Patience Rwabwogo Museveni, President Museveni’s daughter in 2018 told a congregation that she held “a conversation with God” before she decided to get saved. Patience had been invited as a special guest by Pastor Wilson Bugembe at Worship House, Nansana where there was a gathering of Pentecostal leaders dubbed: God’s Generals Meeting.

According to a news report from Ugchristiannews.com, Patience who heads Covenant Nations Church, used the occasion to narrate how she became saved at the age of 11 years. She claimed that the vision to get saved came to her one night, while she was sleeping. She said that when she was growing up, there were preachers who cane to Uganda – Great men and women of God.

People like TL Osborn and Daisy Osborn, Reinhard Bonnke and Dr. Morris Cerullo and Every  time they would come for these big crusades, they would come to greet her parents ( President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Janet Museveni), and she would get to see them as children.

Patiennce then narrated that as saw these great men and women of God, in her mind she would say; “if there is something I would never do in life, it is to preach the gospel. I would look at them and think; one must be a very exceptional person to be able to do that.”

“I thought one had to be a very Holy person and had to have a very dip relationship with God to be able to say; thus says the Lord. I gave my life to Christ when I was 11 years old, and know I would follow God and do what He wants em to do, except to be a preacher. I thought I would always support people who are serving God, in Church – but not me preaching personally. I grew up, finished school, started working, got married and had children.” Patience Narrated.

Patience said that in  In about 2005,  she started having this same vision, Every night for about a year she  could see the same thing; an image of the continent of Africa. According to her In this vision Africa was dark, and she would hear a voice that would say; out of what was called darkness will come a great light.

And then She saw someone blowing a great trumpet – then a light started coming out of Uganda and It started as a very small light but grew bigger and bigger. Patience added that As it grew bigger it expanded into other parts of Africa, until the whole continent was full of light. Then it started going out of Africa to the world.

She said she then asked the Lord, why the light  was coming out of Uganda and God reportedly replied:“Uganda is the heart of Africa. Just as a light comes from a heart that is transformed, a life is transformed. When Uganda is transformed, He said, Africa will be transformed.”
